It has been another busy start to the term. Welcome back to Mrs Martini, we all missed you, but a special thank you to Mrs Walker for the greatwork in harvesting for our classes. Well Done! We have made some lovely new dishes - Savoy cabbage Fritters with Coriander Yogurt, Winter Salad with Home made Croutons and this week we added fennel and oranges to the mix. Our Stir Fry Asian Greens were a hit last week and the favourite so far has been our Silver Beet,Bacon and Cheese Puff Pastry Mini Quiches. Gorgeous! Thank you to all who have donated to the Wish List so far; pleaseget involved if you haven’t already done so. The smallest items can often be the most useful, so it is all appreciated nomatter what the cost. Thank you to the Brieffies family for the lovely lemons this week; we used them in our salad dressing.
